1. Introduction
One of IPTV Dreamer’s top priorities is the protection and proper handling of your personal data. We are committed to collecting only the information that is strictly necessary and always in the interest of the user. These personal data are used solely by the IPTV Dreamer application and will never be sold to third parties.
This privacy policy complies with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (also known as the GDPR).
Below you will find the list of all personal data collected, how they are used, and the rights you can exercise over them.

3. Data collected
IPTV Dreamer collects the following personal data when you use our applications:
- A unique identifier for your account.
- Your email address.
- Your IPTV playlist sources (M3U or Xtream), to enable synchronization across your devices.
- Your viewing history, to enable synchronization across your devices.
4. Purposes of processing and legal basis
We collect personal data solely in your interest, to offer you the best personalized experience with IPTV Dreamer. You acknowledge that, for our legitimate interest and for the proper functioning of IPTV Dreamer, we may use your personal data to improve your experience on our applications.
5. Third-party disclosures
All personal data of our users are used only by IPTV Dreamer applications.
IPTV Dreamer does not and will never sell any of your personal data to third parties.
IPTV Dreamer will disclose your information only in the following specific cases:
- You request us to do so.
- IPTV Dreamer is required to do so following a judicial request, by a governmental authority, or any other regulatory body.
6. Hosting
All such data are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in Europe.
7. Security
The security of your personal data is paramount to us and all necessary measures have been taken to protect your data against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or unauthorized access to such data. Only you and the IPTV Dreamer staff can modify your personal data. Security rules have been put in place to guarantee this.
8. Your rights
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have different rights regarding your personal data:

- Portability
- Erasure and/or objection

The IPTV Dreamer team reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time to add, modify, or remove information about the processing of your personal data. In the event of any changes, you will be notified.
11. Effective date
This privacy policy entered into force on October 1, 2025.
